I have been at this property now on my second lease. I actually found the property by accident riding by one Saturday. I ... met with T the leasing office staff and from the moment I step foot out my car just looking and over one year later we are still laughing and greeting each other like we have known each other a very long time. She is friendly and knowledgeable. Chris the maintenance man is very friendly also and completes all work orders the first time around. The office staff are great and fast with turn around times for the residents concern. I have never renewed my lease after ... one year until renting here! The location is great the Night lighting is great and the area stays well lit! The grounds are kept clean and any maintenance is done in most cases the next 24 to 48 hours. Sometimes even same day! I’m visiting my friend and I’m looking for an apartment and I meet Tee in the parking lot of Arbor Lakes and we started talking ... and she she didn’t know me did I mention but that didn’t stop her from talking to me she had seen me and just wanted to know if I was okay and offered me to some water since I had my son with me. We got inside and she and I talked a little more and I’m most definitely moving here in October her genuine care was appreciated because that’s hard to find these days. I would recommend!!
