So let me begin by saying the staff here is exceptional. From the day I visited to the property to the very day I write this ... T has been on point with every question, maintenance issue, and request. She certainly goes above and beyond. I really am super appreciative of her. The manager of a property truly makes or breaks the experience of tenancy and she has been amazing. Arbor lakes better watch out cause when I open my brokerage I'm coming for T! Also, Chris is an exceptional maintenance tech. He is always getting things done and I really appreciate his hard work here. I've seen him numerous times and he gets the issue solved the first time around. Again. Exceptional, knowledgeable, friendly and professional staff! They are true assets to this property!
