I have lived at Arbor Lakes for 18 months now and have truly loved my time in these luxury condominium residences. The property ... is situated at a great location, right off I-4 and the 417 freeway which makes it very convenient to get anywhere. Miss T and the maintenance staff are extremely helpful and swift to resolve any issues. The amenities are superb as well, and the overall community is so beautifully maintained, it feels like I am living in a resort. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and the amenities along with the spacious rooms make the property well worth the value when compared to other properties in the neighborhood. We have been here since 2018 and love it! We started our application process when we were still in south Florida and Tee ... was so helpful! She guided me through all of the steps and made what could have been a stressful move so easy! Tee is anything but unprofessional! She cares about her tenants! She watches out for the children in the neighborhood and if there is ever a situation that needs to be addressed, she is on it! Even when we’ve found ourself in a jam, she is compassionate and empathetic and I count myself extremely lucky to have someone with these qualities looking out for my family!
